Shipping Costs for Greece:

Once you have selected your products in the shopping cart and proceed to the next step, the system will calculate the shipping cost.

  • For small-volume products, such as wallpapers, curtain rail accessories, curtain hooks, brackets, etc., all shipments are carried out by ELTA Courier, and the listed shipping charge applies to all areas within the Greek Territory.
  • For all other large-volume products, such as blinds & shades, folding doors, mosquito screens, etc., delivery is handled by a transport company. The listed shipping charges apply to all major cities in mainland Greece as well as the following cities in the Greek islands:

Heraklion, Rethymno, Chania, Agios Nikolaos, Rhodes, Corfu

For all other regions of Greece, whether mainland or island-based, mountainous or hard-to-reach areas, where the transfer of your order to a new transport company is necessary, there may be an additional shipping cost, which is borne by the buyer.

  • The buyer always has the option to choose "store pickup" to avoid shipping costs and then arrange for the collection of the order with a transport company of their choice, covering the corresponding shipping costs themselves.
  • To avoid additional shipping charges, the order is executed only when all the products included in it are available. If for any reason you wish to receive only the available products in your order, please contact us:

Delivery - Pickup

For all products that can be purchased online from our store, their availability in working days is indicated. The processing time begins once the payment for your order has been received via credit/debit card or bank transfer.

In rare cases, the pickup time may be affected by external factors beyond our control. See Article 6.10 regarding our obligations in such cases.

Delivery is considered complete when the products are delivered to the address you provided, and from that point forward, they are under your responsibility.
Ownership of the products is transferred to you once we have received full payment, including any applicable shipping charges.

Cancellation

If we fail to meet the 30-day deadline for any product, you may cancel your order immediately if any of the following apply:

a) We have refused to deliver the products.
b) On-time delivery was essential (considering all relevant circumstances).
c) You informed us before we accepted your order that on-time delivery was necessary.

  • If you do not wish to cancel your order, you may give us a new reasonable delivery deadline, and you can cancel if we fail to meet this new deadline.
  • If you cancel due to a delayed shipment, you can do so partially or fully, provided that splitting the order does not significantly reduce its overall value. If the products have already been delivered, you must return them to us or allow us to collect them at our expense. Once canceled, we will refund any amounts you paid for the canceled products and their shipping.

For Every Shipping Option:

Each order is charged separately. If only part of your order is available, we will only ship the in-stock items and cancel the rest. You will not be charged for anything we do not send. While we can ship to your work address, please note that such deliveries may take slightly longer. However, we always do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Events Beyond Our Control:

6.1. We will not be responsible or liable for any failure in our operations or any delays in fulfilling our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Events beyond our control are set out in Article 6.2.

6.2. Event Beyond Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lockouts, or other industrial action by third parties, civil war, insurrection, invasion, act of terrorism, war (whether declared or not),or service or preparation for war, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, extreme weather events, recession, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks, or inability to use railways, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

6.3. If an event beyond our control affects our operations or contractual obligations:
a) We will inform you as soon as possible.
b) Our contractual obligations will be suspended, and the execution timeframe will be extended for the duration of the event. If such an event affects product delivery, we will arrange a new delivery date after the event has passed.

6.4. You may cancel a contract that has been affected by an event beyond our control and that has continued for more than 30 days. To cancel, please contact us. If you cancel, you will be required to return (at your own cost) any relevant products you have already received and we will refund the purchase price, including shipping costs.

Damages During Transport

Our company is not responsible for any damage or harm to your order's products during transportation.

If you notice damage to the packaging of the product upon delivery, DO NOT accept it and DO NOT sign for it. The transport company is solely responsible for any damages during transit. Notify us immediately, and we will arrange for the replacement of the damaged products in your order.

If you sign for the delivery, our company assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred during transportation.
