Product and money returns

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Act 2013 to cancel any contract (paragraph 5.9) during the period mentioned in the article. This means that during this period, if you change your mind or decide that you do not want to keep or receive a product for any reason, you can notify us and receive a refund.

You may return products within 14 days, with the same shipping company that delivered them to you, if the following reasons apply:
a) The product is different from the one you ordered
b) The product has a defect that you noticed when you opened its packaging. In this case, we would like you to inform us immediately about the problem in question.

However, and for obvious reasons, this right of cancellation does not apply in the following cases:

a) For all non-standard products such as curtains & fabrics, blinds & shutters, curtain rods, wallpapers, folding doors, etc.
b) For all products that were manufactured to your special order
c) Any products that are inseparably mixed with other items after their delivery.

Your legal right to cancel a contract starts from the date of shipment confirmation (the date we sent you an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order), which is the time the contract between us is created and is valid for 14 days.

To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing of your decision by e-mail to customer service at info@proti-yli.gr

In the email, please include details of your order, to facilitate its identification. Your cancellation is effective from the date the email is sent.

If you cancel your contract, we will:

a) We refund you the price paid for the product. The basic condition for a return to be accepted is that the products are intact and unused, that is, they are in the condition they were received by you, complete and undamaged, and their packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition.
Please note that in the event that the above does not apply, we are required by law to reduce or refuse the refund, reflecting any reduction in the product’s value caused by your handling in a manner not acceptable in a retail store.

b) Refund the shipping costs you paid for cases 2 a) and 2 b). However, by law, the maximum refund will be the shipping costs of the cheapest shipping method we offer (given that this is the most common and accepted method). For example, if we offer product delivery in 3-5 days at a cost but you choose to receive it in 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will refund you the amount you would have paid if you had chosen the cheaper method.
c) We will refund your money as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days.

Your refund will be made to the credit or debit card you used for purchase or as a cash deposit into your bank account. If your card expires before the refund period, please contact us to provide us with your new card details.

In any case of returning products, they will always be sent by you together with our company's accompanying documents. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights for purchases made by phone or online:
You can cancel your contract only within 14 days from the day you receive the goods or services.
The right of return does not apply to products that are made exclusively for you by special order or that due to their nature cannot be returned.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must keep the goods under your absolute protection.
To cancel, you must notify us in a clear statement, including details of your name, address, the order you wish to cancel and, if possible, your telephone and email address.

If you cancel, you must return the goods at your own expense within 14 days of cancellation and we will refund you (by the method used in the original transaction) the amount relating to the cancelled products. This includes the cost of delivery (excluding any additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the intended and cheapest method).
We may reduce the refund amount for loss of value of the products supplied, if the loss is a result of your own mistreatment. We will make the refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive any product from you.

Damages During Transport

Our company is not responsible for any damage or harm to your order's products during transportation.

If you notice damage to the packaging of the product upon delivery, DO NOT accept it and DO NOT sign for it. The transport company is solely responsible for any damages during transit. Notify us immediately, and we will arrange for the replacement of the damaged products in your order.

If you sign for the delivery, our company assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred during transportation.
